This Privacy Notice discloses the privacy policies and practices of Filium Advisory Limited. This Privacy Notice applies to the filiumadvisory.com website and to the limited information we may collect about you, how we use the information, how we protect the information, and what choices you have about how that information is used.  

Filium Advisory is committed to protecting all personal information that is provided to us or which we may collect.

Visitors to our website can access the site’s home page and browse most other areas of the website without disclosing any personal information.

Our website offers the opportunity to request that we contact you by submitting your name and email address. Submission of personal information and use of these options is voluntary.

Filium Advisory will not sell, trade, or voluntarily provide your personal information to any other party except as required by law or appropriate governmental authority.  

We will not share your contact information with any third-party providers to perform services on our behalf.

Filium Advisory takes various security measures to protect information received online. Access is restricted to Filium Advisory team members or service providers who need to know such information to perform a specific job on Filium Advisory’s behalf. Filium Advisory has implemented security and privacy policies and maintains measures to protect our information systems from unauthorized access, improper use, alteration, unlawful or accidental destruction and loss. 

Our team is bound by confidentiality obligations regarding the use of information and may be subject to discipline, including termination of services or contracts and criminal prosecution, for failure to comply with these obligations.

If you are a Filium Advisory client, our master service agreement (MSA) contains specific provisions about the transmission of personal information to Filium Advisory and protection of the information. 

 

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally-identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your children have provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

 

Update of personal information

Although the personal information we collect through our website is limited and voluntary, you may contact Filium Advisory to provide updates or corrections.
